Project Overview

The Brood concept is a simple one – bring together the best regional craft beers, locally sourced free-range chicken (rotisserie grilled) and mix it all together with the sophistication of killer cocktails – served in an appealing casual, contemporary environment.

Having established the name – to represent the core offers – we created a unique brand identity and elevated guest experience that would stand-out in the cluttered high street environment.
